oromega comes in little daily dose squeeze packets that are convenient for travel and that keep it fresh for a long time (unlike some brands that go rancid easily). I carry some in my purse and sometimes take them before a meal out when I'm hungry but have to wait to eat, since they contain 20 calories. Even on an empty stomach, they cause me no digestive upset at all and I love the flavor.

I have greatly benefited from the EPA. I don't have hip pain when I sleep, although I still have pain when I walk (because I don't take enough fish oil) and I no longer have angina pain. My nephew who is hyperactive has also taken fish oil (omegabrite) and is not on Ritalin any longer. He and I are both walking miracles.

I was 60 year old and was hospitalized with chronic diarrhea and this product has certainly helped me. I recommend it highly. I would like to see the price drop some but it is an excellent product for anyone with digestive/bowel problems.

I've tried tons of supposed "cures" before - Zelnorm never worked for me, and neither have over-the-counter medication. Special teas and other foods just made me even sicker, and I finding meals every night that wouldn't leave me in pain was quite the chore. Align was a last-ditch effort for me, and I am absolutely floored by it. Within a couple of days of taking it, I noticed a difference, and a week later, I'd never felt better since I was a teenager.
